Do not open the windows unless you want to experience what a landfill smells like.Īlthough slightly quieter, the odd-numbered rooms weren't any better because of constant noises from the roof fans of nearby buildings. There was an undeniable smell of garbage coming from both sides of the hotel. I complained and was moved to Room 233, which smelled like a dumpster/sewage. I was in Room 312, which is noisy 24/7 due to the sounds of the Strip, the adjacent Harrah's which has loud trucks coming and going all night long, and what sounded like a ridiculously noisy fan humming nonstop from a nearby building. After 15 minutes of waiting to check in, we finally discovered our request for a "quiet room" had not been granted. Poor guy should've been granted paid sick leave. Check-in took an unusually long time as the visibly ill employee coughed and sneezed into his hands prior to taking our credit cards/IDs. The only good thing about this property is the Casino Royale, one of the best values for casino play in Las Vegas. ![]()
